”Project Manager – a multifaceted role in a changing landscape”. This is how Johan describes his role as a project manager at Fellowmind. The project manager role is constantly evolving in collaboration with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Together, we create the conditions to meet and exceed our own ambitions to assist our clients on their digital transformation journey, using tools and methodologies.
The project manager role is always in motion, which is part of what makes it so exciting, and we hope it inspires you to become our next project manager.
About the position
In the role of project manager, you will work closely with the entire project organization, both with your own team and the client's. It is essential to build trust with the client from the start, which is achieved through good progress, order, and clear communication.
The project manager has overall responsibility for the project regarding progress, follow-up, and results. Additionally, the project manager receives support with planning and follow-up from what we call stream leaders and solution architects within the project.
”Today, I spend much more of my time ensuring that the team has the right conditions in place to perform their area of expertise and collectively steer us toward the goal. It is essential to be listening and coaching, whether it concerns resource shortages, new sub-projects, changes in scope, or timelines. Challenges need to be managed on time, within budget, and with quality.” - Johan states.
In this role, you will initially focus on implementation projects, but you will continue to work long-term with clients and drive change projects and continuous improvement efforts.
So, who are Fellowmind and what do we do? Well, we at Fellowmind help accelerate digital transformation for our clients by utilizing Microsoft cloud solutions, encouraging agile development, implementing integrated platforms, and assisting end-users in learning and adapting. We make people enjoy working with technology and make technology work for them. A vital part of this is business systems, and within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, we are Sweden's largest partner with over 100 consultants.
We are looking for you who:
- Currently work in a project management role within ERP and are accustomed to working with a delivery commitment to the client, having done so for at least 3 years.
- Have a coaching leadership style and excel at elevating others' performance.
- Are structured and have a clear process mindset with a strong interest in business, business processes, and flows.
- Are excellent in communication and easily build trust and adapt to the recipient. Since you will be working both internationally and nationally, it is a prerequisite that you communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.
We have an agile project methodology that you will both work according to and develop together with your project manager colleagues. Of course, it is also an advantage if you have a background in Dynamics 365 F&SCM or F&O and AX as it was called in previous versions, but you can also come from other ERP systems (for example, NAV/Business Central, Jeeves, M3, Visma, IFS, SAP).
The practicalities
Start: As soon as possible, but we understand that you may have a notice period to consider.
Scope: Full-time, office hours, but we are flexible and assume it should work for all parties.
Location: At one of our central offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Halmstad, Jönköping, Växjö, or Helsingborg. Travel is a natural part of the role.
The recruitment process will consist of a phone interview, in-depth interviews, tests, and reference checks. We apply rolling selection and review all applications continuously.
